FAQ’s - The Beauport Fishing Adventures licensed captain and crew, are enrolled and compliant with the USCG’s 46 CFR part 16. drug testing policies that require random monthly drug testing, pre-employment and incident testing. This includes a crew member that is not licensed that performs safety sensitive duties aboard. - Both the Lucas & Hannah, and the Avery boats have current USCGs dockside safety inspections compliant stickers for (UPV) passengers’ trips and commercial fishing trips.
Cancellation Policy
Beauport Fishing Adventures ~ Cancellation Policy 5-29-25 We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth experience. General Cancellations Cancellations due to group coordination issues, personal matters, or unforeseen circumstances must be made at least 96 hours (4 days) prior to the scheduled departure. Rescheduling: You may rebook your trip through our website. Your deposit will be applied to the new date. Refunds: If rescheduling is not possible, we will promptly issue a full refund of your deposit. Weather Cancellations Cancellations due to weather conditions are made within 12 hours of the scheduled departure and are at the captain’s discretion, based on the most up-to-date marine forecasts. If the captain cancels your trip due to weather, you may: Rebook for another available date, or Receive a full refund of your deposit. Note: Operating on the ocean involves variables beyond our control. Weather cancellations are taken seriously and discussed with the charter head only after reviewing the latest marine forecast. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
